About
I am studying Molecular and Cell Biology of Infectious Diseases at the University of Ghana. Prior to that, I had 6 years of working experience in laboratory and academic environments. I have worked on projects such as the detection of multi-drug-resistant Pseudomonas species from the aquatic environment, the study of the structure-function relationship of hypothetical proteins using bioinformatic tools, phylodynamic evolution of SARS-CoV-2 and currently my research is focused on the impact of toxin-antitoxin system in Morganella morganii resistance to carbapenem antibiotics.
I have also written a comprehensive proposal on the genetic and environmental risk factors underlying uterine fibroids tumorigenesis among the Ghanaian population.
